Every month ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.
This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member who shines in his professionalism and dedication to provide an excellent client experience, Michael Thurston!
Michael has consistently shown his dedication and passion for ReEmployAbility’s purpose of “connecting people to a greater purpose so they can have a better life” by delivering top quality results for our clients.
Michael has impressed many of our clients across the country with his professionalism and timely follow through, leading clients to comment on their experience with him as their Placement Coordinator.
The Client Services Team and his other colleagues can always count on him to share his knowledge with others and pitch in to help with extra files when needed.
“Michael’s professionalism and dedication to help injured workers can be seen in all his interactions,” said Haley Quinzi, Team Lead, “Whether through email, on the phone, or in person, he treats every one with respect and actively listens to their needs. It makes him a great Placement Coordinator because he treats every file with care, knowing behind every file is a person in need of our assistance.”
Michael has excelled in his role since he came on board in 2017, and we hope to have his passion and dedicated attitude in our offices for many years to come.
Rea the Care Bear is awarded by our Client Services Managers once a month to an employee who consistently provides exemplary customer service and continually goes above-and-beyond to meet our customers’ needs.
