Every month, ReEmployAbility recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond to “CARE” for our customers. Rea the CARE Bear travels from winner to winner and is a prestigious award in the ReEmployAbility office.
This month’s Rea CARE Bear Award goes to a team member whose response and accuracy has ensured our clients have critical information on a timely basis: Jennifer McCarthy!
Jennifer is ReEmployAbility’s Time Tracking Specialist and assists clients with tracking their employees’ time while completing their transitional duty at a not-for-profit. She also assists the injured workers in ReEmployAbility’s Transition2Work program so they know how to properly use our system to log their time.
Jennifer hits the ground running every day to make sure clients have the correct timesheets so their employees can be paid. Her promptness and attention to detail make clocking in and out a seamless process for our program participants, who can focus on healing instead of worrying about their paycheck. Several of our larger clients have commented on how pleased they are with the accuracy, response and turnaround time for verification of hours, which enables them to pay their injured workers on time.
“Jennifer is such a committed team member, not only to her fellow employees but to all our injured workers who rely on her to ensure their hours are verified and receive their paychecks while they are recovering,” said Operations Support Supervisor, Haley Quinzi. “Making sure that all our program participants can focus on healing instead of worrying about how they will pay their bills is one of the most important parts of successful transitional duty.”
Our Client Services Managers work closely with Jennifer to address any client concerns or questions regarding time tracking. Jennifer’s attention to detail, efficiency, and outstanding communication make her an excellent selection for this month’s award.
Jennifer joined the ReEmployAbility team in 2016, and has been our Time Tracking Specialist since April of this year.
Rea the Care Bear is awarded by our Client Services Managers once a month to an employee who consistently provides exemplary customer service and continually goes above-and-beyond to meet our customers’ needs.
To us, our customers include all the people we serve: injured workers, claims professionals, not-for-profit partners, and our fellow employees. We believe every day and every interaction is a chance to “Make Their Day!”
