Nikki Whitehead has been named Operations Manager for ReEmployAbility. As Operations Manager, Nikki will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Transition2Work Program. She will coordinate with management and staff throughout the organization to ensure efficient and effective functionality of process, procedures and services that embody the vision and purpose of the company.
Nikki has been with ReEmployAbility for four and a half years and has performed several roles during her career with us. She has excelled in every position that she has had and her experience has given her extensive knowledge of the processes and procedures of all facets of the Transition2Work program.
Her experience, as well as her passion, for creating the best Transition2Work customer service experience has led ReEmployAbility to be recognized as a customer-service focused company by our clients, not-for-profit partners, and our colleagues.
“Nikki’s attitude and drive to make every customer happy truly embodies our mission and values,” said CEO Debra Livingston, “and the many years she has been with us and the experience she has with the program made her a natural fit to lead the operations team who are the forefront of our customer service experience.”
Nikki has taken on this new role with enthusiasm, and has spent many late nights at the office over the past few weeks to work with the Operations Department for a smooth transition.
“I am excited to start this new chapter with the ReEmployAbility team,” said Nikki, “Every one here has such a passion to help others, it’s wonderful to come in every day and see us all trying to help injured workers through what could be a difficult time in their lives. I love that I’m a part of the solution to provide meaningful work to people who have been injured on the job and provide nonprofits all across the country extra help.”
No matter how busy she is, Nikki keeps the office atmosphere fun by hosting weekly team-building exercises each Friday. Dancing in the lobby, singing karaoke, or just getting together for 10 minutes to share our best ‘dad joke’ helps everyone re-energize at the end of the week – and is always a great time!
We look forward to seeing the great things she’ll do in her new role. Congratulations Nikki!
